ENGLAND, Sep. 13, 2014 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 7: After their 1-1 draw against Newport County on September 8, The U's returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Dagenham & Redbridge this Saturday.
Dagenham & Redbridge had started off well by taking the lead in the 20th minute with a goal by Howell. Trailing 1-0 at half time, The U's nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Donaldson '54, Nelson '61 and Bird '77).
Cambridge United FC climbed to 6th place with 11 points from 7 games, 3 points behind Cheltenham Town FC.
