ENGLAND, Sep. 16, 2014 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 8: Two wins in a row for Bury. After their 0-3 win against Carlisle United on September 13, the Shakers continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 2-1 victory over Stevenage this Tuesday.
Marriott opened the score in the 10th minute, before seeing Bury catch up in the 13th minute thanks to Lowe. 1-1 at half time. The Shakers eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Jones in the 47th minute.
Bury FC climbed to second place with 17 points from 8 games, 2 points behind Burton Albion FC.
