ENGLAND, Mar. 7, 2015 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 35: After losing 0-2 to Bury on March 3 and 1-0 to Stevenage on March 3, the Pilgrims returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Northampton Town this Saturday.
Plymouth Argyle dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by O Connor in the 28th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Pilgrims further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Alessandra with just 4 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Plymouth Argyle FC climbed to 7th place with 55 points from 35 games, 3 points behind Bury FC.
