League Two (Week 35) : Stevenage beats Newport 2-1
ENGLAND, Mar. 7, 2015 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 35: Two wins in a row for Stevenage. After their 1-0 win against Plymouth Argyle on March 3, Boro' continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 2-1 victory over Newport County this Saturday.
Stevenage dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Lee in the 31st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Boro' further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Dembele in the 67th minute.
Stevenage FC climbed to 8th place with 55 points from 35 games, tie on points with Plymouth Argyle FC.
