ENGLAND, Mar. 17, 2015 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 37: After five straigth defeats, Rovers bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Cambridge United this Tuesday.
Tranmere Rovers dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Power in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Rovers further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Gardner in the 68th minute.
Cambridge United FC are down in 18th place with 43 points from 37 games, 2 points behind Accrington Stanley FC.
