League Two (Week 37) : Northampton beats Stevenage 3-2
ENGLAND, Mar. 19, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 37: After their 1-1 draw against Cambridge United on March 12, the Cobblers bounced back with a 3-2 victory over Stevenage this Saturday.
Stevenage had started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Wilkinson Luke ('11, '30), while Northampton only scored once Collins James ('41). Trailing 2-1 at half time, the Cobblers nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (O Toole John-joe '51 and Holmes Ricky '90).
Northampton Town FC remains in first place with 82 points from 37 games, a 11-point lead over runner-up Oxford United FC.
