ENGLAND, Apr. 16, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 42: Two wins in a row for Mansfield Town. After their 1-2 win against Carlisle United on April 9, the Stags continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 5-0 victory over Notts County this Saturday.
Green Matt scored dual goals
Mansfield Town dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Green Matt in the 6th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Stags further widened their lead in the second period by scoring four times (Chapman Adam '57, Green Matt '60, Lambe Reggie '67 and Rose Mitch '83).
Mansfield Town FC climbed to 12nd place with 59 points from 42 games, only one point behind Leyton Orient FC, which has a game in hand.
