League Two (Week 43) : York beats Portsmouth 3-1

ENGLAND, Apr. 19, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 43: After losing 2-1 to Hartlepool United on April 16, the Minstermen bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Portsmouth this Tuesday.

York City dominated the first half thanks to goals from Fewster Bradley ('30) and Alessandra Lewis ('34). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Minstermen further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Summerfield Luke in the 48th minute.

Portsmouth FC remains in 6th place with 69 points from 42 games, 7 points behind Bristol Rovers FC.
