ENGLAND, Sep. 10, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 7: After losing 2-3 to Exeter City on September 3, The U's returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Blackpool this Saturday.
Porter Chris scored dual goals
Gnanduillet Armand opened the score in the 13th minute, before seeing Colchester United catch up in the 36th minute thanks to Szmodics Sammie. 1-1 at half time. The U's eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Porter Chris ('56, '84).
Colchester United FC climbed to fifth place with 13 points from 7 games, tie on points with Doncaster Rovers FC.
