League Two (Week 9) : Accrington defeats Colchester 2-1

ENGLAND, Sep. 24, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 9: Three wins in a row for Accrington Stanley. After their success against Notts County and Portsmouth, Stanley continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 2-1 victory over Colchester United this Saturday.

Colchester United had started off well by taking the lead in the 7th minute with a goal by Wright Drey. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Stanley nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Boco Romuald '59 and Kee Billy '68).

Colchester United FC are down in 8th place with 14 points from 9 games, one point behind Morecambe FC.
