League Two (Week 20) : Wycombe Wanderers defeats Notts 2-0
ENGLAND, Dec. 10, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 20: Five wins in a row for Wycombe Wanderers. After their success against Morecambe, Cambridge United, Newport County and Hartlepool United, the Chairboys continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 2-0 victory over Notts County this Saturday.
Wycombe Wanderers dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Akinfenwa Adebayo in the 37th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Chairboys further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Kashket Scott in the 55th minute.
Wycombe Wanderers FC climbed to 6th place with 31 points from 20 games, only one point behind Luton Town FC.
