League Two (Week 25) : Morecambe beats Notts 4-1
ENGLAND, Jan. 7, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 25: After their 0-0 draw against Crewe Alexandra on January 2, the Shrimps returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Notts County this Saturday.
Morecambe dominated the first half thanks to goals from Molyneux Lee ('2), Mullin Paul ('27) and Rose Michael ('31 on penalty). Leading 3-0 at the break, the Shrimps further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Ellison Kevin in stoppage time.
Morecambe FC climbed to 17th place with 30 points from 24 games, tie on points with Yeovil Town FC.
