ENGLAND, Feb. 11, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 30: After losing 0-1 to Exeter City on February 4 and 1-0 to Wycombe Wanderers on February 4, Pompey bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Accrington Stanley this Saturday.
Portsmouth dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Clarke Matt in the 2nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Pompey further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Naismith Kal in stoppage time.
Portsmouth FC climbed to 6th place with 48 points from 29 games, tie on points with Exeter City FC.
