League Two (Week 34) : Hartlepool beats Crewe 4-0
ENGLAND, Feb. 28, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 34: After losing 2-1 to Colchester United on February 25, the Pools bounced back with a 4-0 victory over Crewe Alexandra this Tuesday.
Alessandra Lewis scored dual goals
Hartlepool United dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Alessandra Lewis in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Pools further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Amond Padraig '71, Alessandra Lewis '85 and Thomas Nathan '90).
Crewe Alexandra FC are down in 20th place with 36 points from 34 games, one point behind Notts County FC.
