League Two (Week 35) : Hartlepool beats Exeter 3-1
ENGLAND, Mar. 4, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 35: Two wins in a row for Hartlepool United. After their 4-0 win against Crewe Alexandra on February 28, the Pools continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 3-1 victory over Exeter City this Saturday.
Alessandra Lewis scored dual goals
Exeter City had started off well by taking the lead in the 14th minute with a goal by Watkins Ollie. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Pools nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Alessandra Lewis '66, '90 and Amond Padraig '69).
Exeter City FC are down in 7th place with 54 points from 35 games, one point behind Stevenage FC.
