WALES, Mar. 18, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 38: Two wins in a row for Blackpool. After their 1-0 win against Stevenage on March 14, the Seasiders continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 3-1 victory over Newport County this Saturday.
Samuel Bright scored dual goals
Blackpool dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Samuel Bright in the 16th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Seasiders further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Cullen Mark '68/penalty and Samuel Bright '90).
Blackpool FC remains in 8th place with 57 points from 38 games, one point behind Exeter City FC.
