League Two (Week 39) : Blackpool beats Hartlepool 2-1
ENGLAND, Mar. 25, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 39: Three wins in a row for Blackpool. After their success against Stevenage and Newport County, the Seasiders continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 2-1 victory over Hartlepool United this Saturday.
Alessandra Lewis opened the score in the 18th minute, before seeing Blackpool catch up in the 21st minute thanks to Samuel Bright. 1-1 at half time. The Seasiders eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Vassell Kyle with just 10 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Blackpool FC climbed to fifth place with 60 points from 39 games, 2 points behind Stevenage FC.
