League Two (Week 39) : Barnet beats Cheltenham 3-1
ENGLAND, Mar. 25, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 39: After losing 1-0 to Notts County on March 19, the Bees bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Cheltenham Town this Saturday.
Akinde John scored dual goals
Cheltenham Town had started off well by taking the lead in the 16th minute with a goal by Wright Daniel. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Bees nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Weston Curtis '70 and Akinde John '77, '79).
Barnet FC climbed to 14th place with 51 points from 39 games, only one point behind Grimsby Town FC.
