League Two (Week 38) : Wycombe Wanderers beats Hartlepool 2-0
ENGLAND, Mar. 18, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 38: After their 0-0 draw against Blackpool on March 14 and 1-1 draw against Plymouth Argyle on March 14, the Chairboys bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Hartlepool United this Saturday.
Wycombe Wanderers dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Akinfenwa Adebayo in the 24th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Chairboys further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Cowan-hall Paris seconds before the end of regulation.
Wycombe Wanderers FC climbed to 10th place with 55 points from 38 games, tie on points with Mansfield Town FC.
