Ligue 1 (Week 1) : Bastia hold Marseille to 3-3
FRANCE, Aug. 9, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 1: Bastia and Marseille opened the 2014-2015 season with an entertaining 3-3 draw on Saturday.
Marseille players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Gignac ('12) and N'dri Koffi ('17 own) while Bastia only scored once Maboulou ('9). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, and despite Gignac goal on penalty ('62) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Bastia with goals by Tallo ('66 on penalty) and Christopher Maboulou ('73).
