Ligue 1 (Week 4) : Lens beats Reims 4-2
FRANCE, Aug. 30, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 4: Two wins in a row for Lens. After their 0-1 win against Lyon on August 24, Lens continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 4-2 victory over Reims this Saturday.
Reims defender Aïssa Mandi opened the score in the 7th minute, before seeing Lens catch up in the 45th minute thanks to Wylan Cyprien. 1-1 at half time. Lens eventually won the game in the second period with three more goals by Chavarria ('47), Touzghar ('61 on penalty) and Coulibaly ('87 on penalty).
Lens climbed to 10th place with 6 points from 4 games, tie on points with Montpellier HSC.
