FRANCE, Aug. 29, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 4: Angers was held to a 1-1 draw by Nice on Saturday.
Angers players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Angers midfielder Thomas Mangani in the 24th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Nice with a saving goal from Nice forward Valère Germain in the 56th minute.
Angers SCO are down in fourth place with 8 points from 4 games, one point behind Rennes.
