Ligue 1 (Week 4) : Reims defeats Lorient 4-1
FRANCE, Aug. 29, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 4: After losing 1-0 to Nantes on August 22, Reims returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Lorient this Saturday.
Reims dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Gaëtan Charbonnier in the 24th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Reims players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (De Préville '53, Kyei Grejohn '66 and Turan Atila '85).
Reims climbed to first place with 9 points from 4 games, tie on points with runner-up Paris Saint-Germain, which has a game in hand.
