FRANCE, Sep. 13, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 5: After losing 2-0 to Guingamp on August 28, Marseille returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Bastia this Sunday.
Romain Alessandrini scored dual goals
Marseille dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by defender Benjamin Mendy in the 15th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Marseille players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Alessandrini '46, '66 and Batshuayi '70).
Bastia are down in 9th place with 7 points from 5 games, one point behind AS Monaco.
