Ligue 1 (Week 19) : Bastia defeats Reims 2-0
FRANCE, Dec. 19, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 19: After their 1-1 draw against Troyes on December 12, Bastia returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Reims this Saturday.
Bastia dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Togolese forward Floyd Ayité in the 21st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Bastia players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Romain in the 79th minute.
Bastia climbed to 14th place with 22 points from 19 games, tie on points with Montpellier HSC.
