FRANCE, Mar. 12, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 30: Two wins in a row for Nice. After their 2-1 win against Troyes on March 5, Nice continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 2-0 victory over Montpellier this Saturday.
Montpellier made Nice doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Germain ('62) and Pléa ('76).
OGC Nice climbed to third place with 47 points from 30 games, 5 points behind AS Monaco.
