FRANCE, Apr. 16, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 34: Four wins in a row for Saint-Etienne. After their success against Montpellier, GFC Ajaccio and Troyes, Saint-Etienne continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 1-0 victory over Bastia this Saturday.
Bastia made Saint-Etienne doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Saint-Etienne forward Nolan Roux in the 76th minute.
Saint-Etienne climbed to fifth place with 54 points from 34 games, tie on points with OGC Nice.
