Ligue 1 (Week 35) : Montpellier defeats Troyes 4-1
FRANCE, Apr. 24, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 35: Two wins in a row for Montpellier. After their 0-2 win against Nantes on April 17, Montpellier continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 4-1 victory over Troyes this Sunday.
Montpellier dominated the first half thanks to goals from Roussillon ('14), Saunier ('27 own) and Martin ('34). Leading 3-1 at the break, Montpellier players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Camara in the 55th minute.
Montpellier HSC climbed to 11st place with 43 points from 35 games, 2 points behind Nantes.
