Ligue 1 (Week 36) : Lyon beats GFC Ajaccio 2-1
FRANCE, Apr. 30, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 36: Two wins in a row for Lyon. After their 2-3 win against Toulouse on April 23, “Les Gones” continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 2-1 victory over GFC Ajaccio this Saturday.
Lyon dominated the first half thanks to goals from Ghezzal ('10) and Cornet ('40). Leading 2-0 at the break, “Les Gones” further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.
Olympique Lyonnais remains in second place with 62 points from 36 games, 27 points behind Paris Saint-Germain, which has a game in hand.
