Ligue 1 (Week 36) : Monaco defeats Guingamp 3-2
FRANCE, Apr. 30, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 36: After their 1-1 draw against Rennes on April 24, Monaco returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Guingamp this Saturday.
Monaco dominated the first half thanks to goals from Traoré ('17) and Dirar ('40). Leading 2-0 at the break, Monaco players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Silva in the 76th minute.
AS Monaco climbed to second place with 62 points from 36 games, 27 points behind Paris Saint-Germain, which has a game in hand.
