Ligue 1 (Week 22) : Dijon defeats Lorient 3-2
FRANCE, Jan. 28, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 22: After their 1-1 draw against Montpellier on January 21 and 0-0 draw against Lille on January 21, Dijon returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Lorient this Saturday.
Dijon dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Loïs Diony in the 10th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Dijon players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Lotiès '70 and Lees-melou Pierre '90).
Dijon FCO climbed to 13rd place with 24 points from 22 games, 2 points behind Nantes.
