FRANCE, Apr. 8, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 32: After three straigth defeats, Montpellier bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Caen this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Sessegnon ('49) and Ikone Nanitamo ('88).
Montpellier HSC climbed to 14th place with 36 points from 32 games, only one point behind Lille.
