FRANCE, Apr. 8, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 32: Five wins in a row for Monaco. After their success against Guingamp, Nantes, Bordeaux and Caen, Monaco continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 1-0 victory over Angers this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Colombian forward Radamel Falcao in the 61st minute.
AS Monaco remains in first place with 74 points from 31 games, a 4-point lead over runner-up OGC Nice.
