FRANCE, Oct. 21, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 10: After losing 3-2 to Lyon on October 13, Monaco returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Caen this Saturday.
Monaco dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Senegalese forward Balde Diao Keita in the 21st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Monaco players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Falcao on penalty in the 59th minute.
AS Monaco remains in second place with 22 points from 10 games, 3 points behind Paris Saint-Germain, which has a game in hand.
