FRANCE, Nov. 5, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 12: After losing 1-0 to Rennes on October 29 and 0-1 to Marseille on October 29, Lille returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Metz this Sunday.
Pepe Nicolas scored dual goals
Lille dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Pepe Nicolas in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Lille players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Bahlouli '67 and Pepe Nicolas '87).
Lille remains in 19th place with 9 points from 11 games, one point behind RC Strasbourg Alsace.
