Ligue 2 (Week 5) : Angers beats Tours 2-1
FRANCE, Aug. 30, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 5: After their 0-0 draw against Brest on August 22 and 1-1 draw against Chateauroux on August 22, SCO returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Tours this Saturday.
Tours had started off well by taking the lead in the 28th minute with a goal by Moroccan forward Youssef Adnane. Trailing 1-0 at half time, SCO nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Salles '76 own and Diers '85).
Angers SCO climbed to fourth place with 8 points from 5 games, 2 points behind US Orleans.
