FRANCE, Sep. 23, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 8: After losing 2-0 to GFC Ajaccio on September 19, Dijon bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Creteil this Tuesday.
Dijon dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Yohann Rivière in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Dijon players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Philippoteaux with just 3 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Dijon FCO remains in first place with 17 points from 8 games, one point ahead of runner-up Troyes AC.
