FRANCE, Sep. 23, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 8: After losing 1-2 to Auxerre on September 20 and 3-2 to Le Havre on September 20, ESTAC returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Niort this Tuesday.
Ghislain Gimbert scored dual goals
Troyes dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Corentin Jean in the 43rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, ESTAC further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Court '70 and Gimbert '84, '88).
Troyes AC remains in second place with 16 points from 8 games, one point behind Dijon FCO.
