Ligue 2 (Week 24) : Brest beats Nimes 3-1
FRANCE, Feb. 16, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 24: After losing 2-1 to Nancy on February 9, Brest bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Nimes this Monday.
Youssef Adnane scored dual goals
Brest dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Gaëtan Courtet in the 25th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Brest players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Adnane '56, '81).
Stade Brest remains in second place with 42 points from 24 games, 7 points behind Troyes AC.
