FRANCE, Apr. 10, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 31: Three wins in a row for Clermont. After their success against Ajaccio and Angers, Clermont continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 1-0 victory over Nimes this Friday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Senegalese forward Famara Diedhiou in the 67th minute.
Nimes Olympique remains in 9th place with 44 points from 31 games, one point behind AJ Auxerre, which has a game in hand.
