Ligue 2 (Week 31) : Sochaux beats Creteil 2-1
FRANCE, Apr. 10, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 31: After their 2-2 draw against Laval on April 3, “Les Lionceaux” returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Creteil this Friday.
Karl Toko Ekambi scored dual goals
Creteil had started off well by taking the lead in the 39th minute with a goal by midfielder Jean-Michel Lesage. Trailing 1-0 at half time, “Les Lionceaux” nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Toko Ekambi '50, '75 on penalty).
FC Sochaux-Montbeliard climbed to fifth place with 49 points from 31 games, tie on points with Stade Brest, which has a game in hand.
