Ligue 2 (Week 23) : Le Havre defeats Lens 2-0
FRANCE, Jan. 30, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 23: After losing 2-1 to Clermont on January 25, HAC bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Lens this Saturday.
Le Havre dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Ghislain Gimbert in the 14th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, HAC further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Bonnet with just 7 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Le Havre AC climbed to fourth place with 38 points from 23 games, only one point behind Metz.
