FRANCE, Feb. 2, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 24: After a 2-0 victory over Lens on January 30, HAC lost 2-1 against Red Star.
Red Star dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Bouazza Hameur in the 24th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, L'Étoile rouge further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Palun in the 74th minute.
Red Star FC climbed to fourth place with 39 points from 24 games, 3 points behind Metz.
