Ligue 2 (Week 25) : Valenciennes and Creteil play to a 2-2 draw
FRANCE, Feb. 5, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 25: The match between Valenciennes and Creteil ended in a 2-2 draw on Friday.
Valenciennes players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Ndao Mouhamadou ('12 on penalty) and Da Costa Nuno ('30) while Creteil only scored once Mollet ('26 on penalty). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Creteil with a saving goal from Creteil midfielder Florent Mollet in the 66th minute.
Valenciennes FC are down in 17th place with 26 points from 25 games, tie on points with Chamois Niortais FC.
