Ligue 2 (Week 12) : GFC Ajaccio beats Orleans 2-0
FRANCE, Oct. 21, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 12: After losing 1-0 to Troyes on October 14, Le Gaz bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Orleans this Friday.
GFC Ajaccio dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by defender Jérôme Mombris in the 43rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Le Gaz further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Clerc in the 70th minute.
Gazelec Ajaccio climbed to 9th place with 17 points from 12 games, tie on points with Valenciennes FC.
