Ligue 2 (Week 12) : Brest beats Laval 1-0
FRANCE, Oct. 21, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 12: Two wins in a row for Brest. After their 2-1 win against RC Strasbourg on October 15, Brest continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 1-0 victory over Laval this Friday.
Laval made Brest doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Joseph-monrose Steven with just 2 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Stade Brest remains in first place with 25 points from 12 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Le Havre AC.
