FRANCE, Nov. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 17: After losing 2-1 to Tours on November 25, AJA bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Nimes this Tuesday.
Gaëtan Courtet scored dual goals
Auxerre dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Gaëtan Courtet in the 20th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, AJA further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Courtet in the 73rd minute.
Nimes Olympique remains in 10th place with 22 points from 17 games, 2 points behind Chamois Niortais FC.
