Ligue 2 (Week 17) : Brest beats Troyes 2-1
FRANCE, Nov. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 17: After three straigth victories against Valenciennes, Red Star and Clermont, ESTAC lost 2-1 against Brest.
Troyes midfielder Thiago Xavier opened the score in the 12th minute with an own goal, before seeing Troyes catch up in the 27th minute thanks to Adama Niane. 1-1 at half time. Brest eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Maupay in the 65th minute.
Troyes AC remains in first place with 31 points from 17 games, tie on points with runner-up Stade Brest.
