FRANCE, Aug. 12, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 3: After losing 1-2 to GFC Ajaccio on August 5, AJA bounced back with a 4-2 victory over Bourg-Peronnas this Friday.
Auxerre dominated the first half thanks to goals from Kiliç ('23) and Mathis ('40). Leading 2-0 at the break, AJA further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Ba '83 and Vincent Alexandre '90).
AJ Auxerre climbed to 7th place with 4 points from 3 games, tie on points with Valenciennes FC, which has a game in hand.
