FRANCE, Aug. 12, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 3: Two wins in a row for RC Strasbourg. After their 1-0 win against Amiens SC on August 6, RC Strasbourg continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 3-1 victory over Tours this Friday.
Khalid Boutaïb scored tripple goals
RC Strasbourg dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Khalid Boutaïb in the 22nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, RC Strasbourg players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Boutaïb '51, '68).
RC Strasbourg Alsace climbed to third place with 7 points from 3 games, tie on points with FC Sochaux-Montbeliard.
